Come view the inspiring work of Columbus Gifted Academy’s seventh and eighth-grade art scholars at the Martin de Porres Center! As a culmination to the year’s programming with the Grange Insurance Audubon Center, art teacher Ms. Alder asked scholars to both research and depict in artwork a conservation issue in today’s world. Some of the issues explored through this art assignment include poaching, global warming, and pollution.
This meaningful exhibit advances the mission of the Grange Insurance Audubon Center as students continue to learn, science continues to come alive, and connections are made here every day. The Columbus Gifted Academy artwork will be on display at the Martin de Porres Center from July 15th – through August 30th.
